Welcome to the Greater Cleveland Local Interest Group (LIG).  The Greater Cleveland LIG hosts regular meetings and workshops and encourages IT best practices through the utilization of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®).  The Greater Cleveland LIG is committed to the growth of the ITIL® practitioner and vendor community covering the Northeast Ohio region through knowledge sharing, education and networking opportunities.

The Greater Cleveland LIG provides member’s exposure to a number of people involved in ITIL implementation projects in large (Fortune 500) as well as small providing a forum for them to share experiences and solicit advice on issues they are facing.  We want you to succeed so in addition to the periodic meetings we are providing you with an online meeting place to share ideas, ask questions, find links and even publish articles about Service Management and ITIL.
